How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit lagosbracelets.com and navigate to the Returns page.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return authorization.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Original proof of purchase is required.
- Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- You will receive confirmation once your exchange is processed.
